We are currently reconstructing this custom home in Boulder after the Marshall Fire. This home will be completed by the end of 2023. With the new energy and fire codes that have been put in place after the Marshall Fire, we have done extensive research for rebates, new design guidelines, and budget friendly alternatives for construction materials. M&M Design Build is part of the Home Builders Association Marshall Fire Task Force to make sure everyone has access to the resources curated for the rebuilding process.
